The Oceanwide Property Management Co LTD was founded in 1992 as a large-scale property management company affiliated to the Oceanwide Construction Group Co Ltd, which is dedicated to national property management business. The company has registered funds of RMB 50 million, accredited as a national first-class property management company and the standing director of China Property Management Association. By taking “sincere companion, forever friend” as its core service concept, the company has been devoted to providing standardized, professional, scientific property management service. Meanwhile, it passed the ISO9001 international quality system authentication in 1997. Then in February 2007, the company also passed the quality system authentication of “ISO9001, ISO14001 and GB/T28001”. The company is now mainly engaged in the property management service work of high-end office buildings, residential communities, industrial areas and governmental buildings. In addition, it also owns a professional team for elevator repair and maintenance approved by the governmental administrative department.

After years of development, the company has expanded with two affiliated companies respectively in Shenzhen and Wuhan for large-scale property management, which are mainly responsible for serving properties like Oceanwide International Residential District, Guangcai International Center, Guangcai New Century Homeland, Guangcai Newland Apartment, Mountain Life Residence Community, Huifang Garden High-rise Commercial District, Taizi Village Large and Complex Residence, Liyuan Mansion, Taimeiyuan Mansion, Nanyou Forth Industrial Area, Peachblossom Garden District, Fengze Garden, Guanfeng Pavilion, Lixin Village, Lifang Village, Haoyuan Garden, Nanyou B Area, etc. Of which, Huifang Garden and Taizi Village are two of the first “National Model Property Management Mansions and Communities” awarded by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

The Oceanwide Property Management Co Ltd Wuhan Branch is a joint venture invested and founded by Wuhan CBD Investment & Development Co Ltd and the Oceanwide Property Management Co Ltd in May 2010 with the funds of RMB10 million. The number of existing staffs is over 50. All the staff members have obtained at least a college degree. What’s more, they all have the post-aptitude certificates issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
